Professional Shock Rebuilding & Custom Re-Valving

ERS provides complete shock rebuilding and re-valving services for Penske, Bilstein, AFCO, Integra, Fox, Öhlins, QA1, BSB, Genesis, and more. Monotube, twin tube, piggyback, remote reservoir — ERS services them all.

Each rebuild includes:

• Initial inspection and dyno testing
• Complete disassembly and cleaning
• Replacement of worn internal and external components
• Custom valving as needed
• Fresh oil and reassembly
• Final dyno testing to verify accuracy
• Dyno graphs provided with every rebuild

Racers should service shocks at least once per season, or every 25–30 races depending on track size and surface.
